 We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Alena Kirby.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within ten days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other charges. Or, the parcel can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of delivery. To ensure full credit, the item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories.

Returns: Product Warranties Many of the items come with a manufacturer's warranty. Returns: Return Procedures
Please follow the steps below if you wish to return an item:
1. Contact Customer Service at (800) 563-3050 or (450)455-0971 to get a return approval confirmation.
2. Pack the item securely in the original package.
3. Enclose a copy of the documentation that accompanied your order. Be sure to keep a photocopy of this information for your records. If you are unable to send this documentation, please include your order number, billing name and address with the item.
4. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories, to ensure full credit.
5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
6. For your protection, we recommend you use an insured mail service for your return.
7. Return the package to: 3200 Rte. Harwood, Suite# 201, Vaudreuil-Dorion, Qc, J7V 8P2. You will have ten days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund. Only the shipping cost will be refunded if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
